尊敬的参会者，我谨代表实验室自动化与筛选协会（SLAS）诚挚地邀请各位出席SLAS2012亚洲会展，本次大会将于6月19-21日在上海金茂君悦大酒店举行，大会将围绕实验技术创新推动药物及生命科学研究为主题展开。
今年大会预计吸引约350名参会者及50家参展企业出席，致力于汇集行业从业人士，包括但不限于来自Abbott, DSM, GlaxoSmithKline, Lilly, Novartis, Otsuka, Pfizer, Roche, Perkin Elmer, Tecan, GE Healthcare, Chempartner, Sundia, WuXiApptech等各类专家，政府或商业实验室的科学家，研究人员，技术人员或其他学术人员。
此次大会拥有卓越的国际化教育内容，共设4个分会和20多个专题讨论。20余位国内外知名专家和产业巨头将围绕新药研发技术，从药物筛选到临床治疗，干细胞在药物研发中的应用，美国年会创新奖获得者这四部分热门议题带来精彩演讲，旨在搭建交流和分享平台，探讨行业前沿技术和发展趋势，加强和改善行业从业着对实验室科技的学习和实践。会前还将组织无标记/生物物理学方法筛选，高通量筛选:检测、鉴定开发、筛选、图像和数据分析和如何吸引编辑的眼球：在学术期刊中成功发表著作的作者指南三个短期培训课程的学习。
会议同期设有展台，将展出50多家跨国公司的最新实验室技术和自动化相关的仪器设备、软件技术、服务解决方案及专业媒体杂志等。与此同时，全球的新药发明研发机构、生产商、相关机构还可通过展台展览更加深刻认识中国市场，了解行业最新创新项目，推动产业发展，促成国际合作。

Dear Attendee, On behalf of SLAS, I cordially invite you to the 2012 SLAS Asia Conference and Exhibition. The conference is being held at the Grand Hyatt Shanghai, China from 19-21 June 2012 with the theme of “Advances in Drug and Life Sciences R&D Through Laboratory Technology”.
This year’s conference hosts approximately 350 attendees over three days bringing together scientists, academicians, and business leaders from Abbott, DSM, GlaxoSmithKline, Lilly, Novartis, Otsuka, Pfizer, Roche, Perkin Elmer, Tecan, GE Healthcare, Chempartner, Sundia, WuXiApptech, and many others.
Our world-class educational program features 20 renowned local and international speakers. Podium presentations address topics related to drug discovery technologies, from screening to therapy and stem cells in drug discovery. The event also offers three pre-conference short courses on Label-Free/Biophysics Methods for Screening, High Content Screening: Instrumentation, Assay Development, Screening, Image and Data Analysis, and What Editors Want: An Author Guide to Publishing in Scientific Journals.
The exhibition highlights approximately 50 multi-national companies showcasing the latest in laboratory technologies and automation. It is where new innovation is unveiled, energy runs high and collaborations begin. Only at 2012 SLAS Asia can attendees see, hear, touch and feel the most advanced and some of the most important technologies to hit the marketplace while networking with leaders in the field who have come together from around the globe.
We are proud to provide this unique platform to support pharmaceutical professionals and bio-scientists to exchange ideas, network, seek partnership overseas, pinpoint and identify opportunities and global drug R&D market demand, get updated on latest breakthroughs in innovative new drugs, and explore business development in a cross-cultural environment.
It is our wish that all attendees in this conference can gain a greater understanding of the current situation of the market, such as the strategies of major pharmaceutical companies for integrating scientific, technological, and business resources to increase company competitive capacities, in order to succeed in their respective fields.
